Project Manager - Finance Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic Finance transformation and business-critical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project life cycles, driving cross-functional collaboration, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-visibility initiatives.

This role requires a strong project management background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing complex projects within Finance functions.

• Lead projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and other business functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and present project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Lead crisis management and rapidly resolve project challenges to maintain delivery momentum.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote best practices, project standards, and governance across Finance-led programs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other Agile certifications are preferred.

• 7-8+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Finance transformation or Finance-related projects.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong exposure to stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Experience handling critical, high-pressure, and time-sensitive projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects.
