Arrakis Ventures is seeking a Corporate Governance Manager for a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on overseeing corporate governance frameworks, ensuring that internal policies and structures comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Strong foundation in Law with practical experience in a corporate or consulting context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; an advanced degree or relevant certification in corporate governance or compliance is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate governance standards and regional regulatory frameworks, preferably within the UAE or MENA region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

• Draft, review, and maintain legal, corporate, and governance documents.
• Coordinate board and committee materials, manage corporate filings, board resolutions, and stakeholder communications.
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance matters and monitor regulatory developments.
• Support the implementation of governance best practices and design processes supporting strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to mitigate risk and promote accountable governance.
