We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager - Operations to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring efficient delivery, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with organizational objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.

• Plan, execute, and monitor operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using project management tools and methodologies
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency measures to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reporting to senior management
• Optimize operational processes by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvement initiatives
• Lead and mentor project teams, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, performance metrics, and status updates to leadership
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and UAE regulatory requirements
• Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making

• 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in an operations-focused environment
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks
• Strong knowledge of operations management principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, , or similar platforms)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment
