Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager supporting Quantum Talent Group on an on-site contract basis in Abu Dhabi, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of product discovery, backlog prioritization, user story authoring, stakeholder alignment, and release management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end product ownership from initial concept to commercial launch, building scalable solutions across SaaS, B2B, enterprise platforms, and on-premises deployment models, collaborating with software engineering squads during agile sprint cycles, analyzing market trends and user feedback, tracking product metrics, and interacting directly with senior tech recruiters like Gina Aleria.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end product ownership, vision, strategy, and roadmap execution from initial concept through commercial launch and lifecycle maintenance.
- Architect and scale enterprise product offerings spanning SaaS, B2B platforms, cloud applications, and on-premises infrastructure environments.
- Conduct rigorous market research, user interviews, competitive analysis, and customer feedback synthesis to define product feature requirements.
- Author meticulous product requirement documents (PRDs), epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for multidisciplinary engineering squads.
- Prioritize product backlogs, manage release schedules, and balance technical debt against new feature velocity in Agile/Scrum sprint cycles.
- Collaborate seamlessly with UI/UX designers, software architects, QA engineers, sales executives, and executive leadership stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report key product performance indicators (KPIs), usage metrics, and business value realization post-launch.
- Maintain meticulous product documentation, roadmap ledgers, release notes, and stakeholder communication runbooks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional experience in product management, software product ownership, or technical consulting.
- Strong, demonstrable operational expertise in delivering products across SaaS, B2B, enterprise platforms, and on-premises environments.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in agile product development methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Deep practical experience in end-to-end product launches, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional team leadership.
