Supervisor- Service Providers

Monitor centers through surveillance cameras and raise observations.

Prepare reports on health, safety, and environmental requirements at service centers.

Follow up implementation of health and safety requirements and report compliance levels.

Follow up with service providers to meet requirements for opening and operating licensingcenters.

Prepare and follow the implementation of agreements with service providers in coordination with internal authorities.

Conduct field visits to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective measures.

Ensure implementation of approved policies, circulars, and procedures by service providers and act on violations.

Coordinate approval of marketing and awareness campaigns to ensure information accuracy.

Analyze and evaluate service provider performance and submit periodic reports.

Receive grievances from service providers, verify documentation, follow procedures, and submit cases to the Unified Grievance Committee.

Support bidding activities for establishing new service provider centers with the concerned departments.

Physical

Working Conditions:

Role requires daily field inspections and work within service provider centers and monitoring facilities.

Requirments:

• High School / Diploma in business administration.
• 2+ years of experience in case of Diploma.
• 5+ years of experience post high school experience.
