Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience managing construction projects in the UAE
. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Estimating material, labor, and equipment costs and ensuring they stay within budget.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project designs meet safety standards and comply with all applicable regulations.
  • Monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met efficiently and with quality workmanship.
  • Preparing progress reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluating contractors' bids and selecting vendors/suppliers for materials.
  • Resolving problems onsite during construction, such as design issues or compliance violations.
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety regulations onsite.
    • Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
    • At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects in the UAE.
    • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
    • Working knowledge of local building codes and regulations within Abu Dhabi.

    Salary: AED 1500 per month
