Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1700 per month, and we welcome applications from immigrants.
Responsibilities- Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports on project progress.
- Resolve conflicts between personnel or contractors.
- Monitor progress against budget constraints and timelines.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in construction management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong leadership qualities; good interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Good technical drawing skills.
- Understanding of relevant laws or regulations.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods or techniques.
- Knowledge of cost estimation procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; proactive in approaching work.
