Overview
Civil Foreman We are searching for a Civil building foreman that can join right away. Needs to have strong supervisory experience in the UAE building and construction sector and be able to guide and oversee construction employees.
Responsibilities- Coordinate tasks according to priorities as well as plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of the team
- Designate basic and everyday obligations
- Manage and train employees and tradespeople
- Guarantee workforce and resources suffice
- Ensure safety preventative measures and quality criteria are fulfilled
- Monitor use of equipment and devices
- Monitor expenses and ensure they remain within budget
- Deal with issues when they arise
- Report on progress to supervisors, designers, and so on
- Proven experience as a construction supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH standards
- Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read drawings, plans and specifications
- Strong business and leadership abilities
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Aptitude in mathematics
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good physical health and stamina
- Senior high school diploma or diploma in an trades-related field (e.g., electrical contractor, carpenter, etc.)
