Construction Manager for Contract Projects in Abu Dhabi (Filipino Candidates Only)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our contract projects in Abu Dhabi. This position is open exclusively to Filipino candidates, with no English language requirement, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our team.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from planning to completion. This includes overseeing contractors and subcontractors, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality control throughout the project. Your main goal will be to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. You should also have extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques, as well as experience working on contract projects.

This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. The package also includes accommodation for the duration of the contract. While prior experience is preferred, we also welcome fresh graduates who possess the required skills and are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate all construction activities
- Manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain quality control throughout the project
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Prepare reports on project status

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
