We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and oversee the cost management of our civil, infrastructure, and airport projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. They will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for civil, infrastructure, and airport projects
• Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Manage the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts
• Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to the project team and senior management
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variations in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve any contractual issues or disputes
• Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and provide guidance and support as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the civil and infrastructure sector in UAE
• Experience working on airport projects is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Membership in a professional quantity surveying organization is an asset
