The Estimator for Fit‑Out projects plays a critical role in the successful execution of interior construction and renovation projects. This detail‑oriented professional will analyze project requirements, assess labor, material, and equipment costs, and compile accurate, comprehensive estimates to guide project decisions. The candidate must understand construction methodologies, financial aspects, and industry standards related to fit‑out projects, ensuring that projects are financially viable, meet technical specifications, and adhere to client expectations.

The estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver competitive proposals that realistically reflect project needs.

• Analyze and evaluate project specifications and drawings for accurate cost estimation.
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project requirements.
• Perform site visits to understand project scope and identify potential challenges.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing deals.
• Maintain and update cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Track and analyze variations from initial estimates during the project life cycle.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports detailing project cost performance and variances.
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Assist with the preparation of project scheduling and planning activities.
• Provide technical support during project tendering and contract negotiations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate cost assessments.
