As a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Road & Infrastructure
, you will be responsible for providing full commercial and contractual support to project teams, ensuring cost control, accurate valuations, and compliance with contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong experience in payments, variations, subcontract management, and coordination with consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Preparing and submitting monthly interim payment applications in accordance with contract conditions.
- Managing variation works
, including valuation, documentation, and agreement of new rates. - Reviewing and certifying subcontractors’ payment applications and maintaining accurate payment records.
- Preparing and maintaining joint measurement sheets and quantity take‑offs in coordination with site teams.
- Liaising with consultants and internal teams on all commercial and contractual matters
. - Reviewing work inspection requests and ensuring alignment with contractual and commercial requirements.
- Supporting the Lead Quantity Surveyor in cost control, reporting, and commercial risk management.
- Monitoring and guiding Assistant Quantity Surveyors
, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely deliverables.
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in quantity surveying roles within road and infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial administration.
- Proven experience in interim payments, variations, subcontract management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required.
- MRICS certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
