Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the overall construction execution of marine and coastal projects.
* Oversee construction of breakwaters, quay wall rock structures, and beach profiling works.
* Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and construction strategies.
* Control project budgets, costs, cash flow, and forecasts.
* Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams including superintendents, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, HSE, and environmental regulations.## Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 12 years of Exp. in Marie Civil Project.
* Strong experience in budget management and cost control.
* In-depth understanding of contractual obligations and contract management.
* Comprehensive knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) processes.
