Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end management of capital construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and implement project strategies, budgets, and schedules while aligning with organisational goals.
- Oversee the performance of contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project objectives and expectations.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project life cycles.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress and financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects proactively.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilisation across multiple projects.
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale construction projects within the public sector in UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, health and safety guidelines, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Analytical skills to assess project risks and implement effective solutions
