Job Purpose:Support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of high‑rise construction projects. Ensure smooth site operations, monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors, and assist in delivering the project within the agreed timeline, budget, and contractual framework.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in managing daily site operations for high‑rise building projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep project activities on schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and support corrective action planning.
- Review project drawings, schedules, method statements, and material submissions.
- Support procurement activities and verify timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Participate in site inspections and ensure works follow approved specifications and construction standards.
- Help track project milestones, resource allocation, and cost‑related elements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist the Project Manager in stakeholder coordination and meeting preparation.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Mandatory main contractor background.
- Proven experience working on high‑rise projects (G+24 or above).
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site management, and project documentation.
- UAE/Gulf region experience preferred.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and site execution processes.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and report‑writing skills.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary construction teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline (preferred).
