We are urgently seeking a hands‑on Site Supervisor for a short‑term landscape project in Abu Dhabi, focused on concrete works. The role involves supervising on‑site activities, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring installations comply with approved drawings, and producing regular progress reports. Immediate availability is required due to the fast‑track nature of the project.

• Supervise daily site activities related to landscape concrete works (pathways, slabs, curbs, foundations, hardscape elements)
• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and proper installation
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with project engineers, managers, and consultants
• Monitor manpower productivity and site progress
• Track materials and report shortages or delays
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
• Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation
• Assist with snagging and project close‑out activities

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in landscape or civil construction projects
• Strong background in concrete works for landscaping and hardscape elements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Good problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• Knowledge of site safety practices
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Must be available to start immediately

• Experience working on short‑term or fast‑track projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work extended hours if required
