Supervising Work Crews

Overseeing laborers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving on-site issues or disputes.Scheduling and Planning

Producing daily and general work schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring manpower is adequate for project demands.Safety and Compliance
:
Conducting safety briefings, enforcing OSHA guidelines, and ensuring all work complies with local building codes and regulations.Material and Equipment Management

Coordinating delivery, proper use, and maintenance of construction materials and tools.Reporting and Communication

Acting as the main point of contact between workers, supervisors, and project managers, providing progress updates, and addressing issues promptly.Quality Control
:
Inspecting work performed, identifying deficiencies, and ensuring corrections are made to maintain high standards.
