Construction Manager; Civil

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to lead and deliver large-scale oil and gas EPC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards.

As a Construction Manager (Civil) you will:

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities for oil & gas EPC projects from mobilization to commissioning
• Oversee site execution, construction planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project controls, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work packs, and execution plans
• Monitor progress, productivity, and cost control; implement corrective actions as required
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Proactively identify and mitigate construction risks and interface issues
• Report project status, milestones, and risks to senior project leadership

• Minimum 15 years of total construction experience
• Must have at least 5 years experience in a Construction Manager role within the Oil and Gas industry
• Experience working in multicultural project environments
• Proven track record managing large-scale civil works (foundations, concrete, earthworks, underground utilities, structures, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are highly desirable

• In-depth knowledge of international construction standards, codes, and HSE practices
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
