Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
* Ensure strict adherence to all scaffolding safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
* Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to identify and rectify any potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
* Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to plan scaffolding requirements and schedules.
* Provide training and guidance to scaffolding teams on best practices and safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, usage, and maintenance.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in the construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, components, and relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local UAE standards).
* Valid scaffolding supervisor certification from a recognized authority.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffolding designs.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
