Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all technical aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
* Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control to ensure efficient project execution.
* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progression and resolve technical issues.
* Ensure strict compliance with quality management, environmental, health, and safety standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
* Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
* Proven track record in managing complex building or civil engineering projects.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality/safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
