The key objectives for this role are Assures the quality and integrity of each project, bringing projects in on schedule and within budget, using in-house construction management procedures and experience to provide continuity and consistency of construction management with quality assurance and reliable control.
Oversees total construction field effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budgets and schedules.
Generally responsible for projects or subsets of projects with value above USD 500 million.

Qualifications- Degree with a minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> 500 M USD) with Construction Management and Site Management focus.
- Experience with in an Oil and Gas operating company is also highly desired and may be considered in lieu of capital project experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
- Must be willing to travel extensively for multi-week periods and have the flexibility to adjust work location to support project needs.
- Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
