Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site fit‑out activities ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against timelines ensuring timely project completion.
- Possesses a relevant vocational qualification or degree in construction management or a related field.
- Holds certifications in relevant areas such as OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in fit‑out projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
