Inspector – Civil

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to monitor and inspect civil construction works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting various civil activities and ensuring work is executed according to project requirements.

• Inspect civil works including excavation, earthworks, foundations, concrete works, back filling, and structural elements.
• Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Conduct inspections for reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress and report any deviations from approved plans.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Civil Inspector.
• Strong experience in civil construction activities such as excavation, concrete works, and structural works.
• Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, villa, or high-rise projects.
• Good knowledge of civil drawings and construction procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and inspection skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Airport Project experience required.
