Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Foreman with 2–3 years of UAE experience to supervise site workers and ensure smooth execution of daily construction activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing teams on infrastructure or earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage site workers and daily operations
Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and project team
Monitor work progress and report to the site engineer/project manager
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain discipline and productivity on-site
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Resolve basic site issues and worker concerns
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE
Experience in infrastructure, roadworks, or earthworks projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with contracting companies
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site practices
