Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of UAE experience in fit‑out estimation is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Plan Swift
- Strong knowledge of fit‑out works – MEP, joinery, and civil works
- Good understanding of FM costing – AMC, PPM, and reactive maintenance
- Strong numerical and negotiation skills
- Fluent English communication
