Senior Architect Engineer - Construction

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural execution of service station construction projects from ground‑breaking to completion.
• Review and ensure implementation of design drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes and authority requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks and resolve on‑site design‑related issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to facilitate approvals and smooth project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high‑quality standards.
• Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives on construction sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four‑year program).
• 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• At least 8 years experience in a similar role in construction works (construction transmittals review, review of contractors' design, shop drawings, MARs, contractors' and subcontractors' prequalification, etc.).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Holds a valid UAE driving license.
