Position Overview
Senior Contracts Engineer responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end contract administration across multiple construction projects in the commercial industry.
Responsibilities- Review, evaluate and manage variations, claims and change orders.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and legal teams for effective contract execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions and project requirements.
- Support dispute resolution and provide commercial insights to minimise risks.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines and contractual obligations.
- 8–12 years of experience in Contracts Management within the construction industry.
- Strong exposure to residential, commercial, villas, and high‑rise building projects.
- Good understanding of contract laws, FIDIC, and project commercial practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in civil infrastructure projects.
