- Promote a strong safety culture and demonstrate leadership in safe site behavior
- Oversee construction supervision and management at both package and initiative levels
- Ensure all construction activities comply with established construction management processes
- Apply consistent standards and management practices across all contractors and work packages
- Provide constructability input and construction methodology guidance to project teams
- Liaise with Abu Dhabi government agencies when works affect public or maintained assets
- Monitor onsite progress against approved schedules and report milestone performance
- Review contractor submissions including work package plans, briefing sheets, and commissioning plans
- Perform or arrange inspections and audits covering safety, quality, environmental compliance, engineering, and commissioning
- Maintain accurate records and relay construction management information to project stakeholders
- Identify site issues that may impact cost and support assessment of variations
- Escalate major issues promptly for resolution through appropriate channels
- Identify best practices and continuous improvement opportunities for construction delivery
- Provide buildability advice for both package and initiative-level planning
- Coordinate the transfer of completed civil infrastructure assets into maintenance and operation
- Oversee initiative-level reporting including progress updates, delays, earned value metrics, risks, payments, instructions, variations, EoT claims, suspensions, tests, incidents, force majeure events, and disputes
- Guide and supervise Package Managers handling smaller work scopes under the initiative
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 20 years of construction management experience on major design‑bid‑build and design‑build projects
- Strong background in large civil and infrastructure works, including roads and bridge upgrades
- Proficiency in construction management EDMS systems and familiarity with planning tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
