Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all pile driving operations on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Inspect and maintain pile driving equipment
- Monitor the quality of materials used in pile installation
- Provide training and guidance to crew members
- Conduct site assessments to determine proper pile driving techniques
- Communicate effectively with project managers and engineers
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy
- Manage project schedules and timelines
- Document daily operations and report on project progress
- Implement safety protocols and conduct safety meetings
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as needed
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- experience working with various types of pile driving equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations
