Land Surveyor

Job Overview

A Land Surveyor is responsible for measuring, mapping, and determining the boundaries, elevations, and features of land to support construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. They ensure that all works are carried out according to approved plans, drawings, and specifications.

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference markers.
• Perform site measurements and collect accurate field data using surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Levels.
• Set out buildings, roads, utilities, and other structures according to approved drawings.
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, maps, and as-built drawings.
• Verify dimensions, levels, alignments, and coordinates during construction activities.
• Monitor and record site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams regarding survey requirements.
• Perform quantity calculations and earthwork measurements when required.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
• Ensure survey activities comply with project standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing survey data for project documentation and approvals.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure construction works are executed within required tolerances.

• Holding a Civil Engineering degree.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Available to join immediately.
• Own visa or Tourist/Cancelled Visa.
