IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantity take-off, cost planning, contract management, tender evaluation, and construction cost control.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets
- Conduct quantity take-off from drawings and project specifications
- Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation
- Monitor project expenses and control construction costs
- Assist in contract administration and variation orders
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE construction standards
- Prepare valuation reports and progress payment applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction costing, BOQ preparation, and contract management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools
- Experience in UAE construction projects preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
