Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers, and approving payments.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, plans, permits, change orders, etc.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary: $1,200 per month.

Location:

Abu Dhabi.

Indian candidates preferred.

This is a full‑time position; however, we also welcome part‑time candidates who can commit at least 20 hours per week.
