Senior Estimator

Lead the preparation and management of detailed cost estimates for complex construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Conduct thorough site visits and analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to gather information for cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project scopes and timelines, facilitating smooth communication and project execution.
• Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the estimation process.
• Review and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with project budgets.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project profitability and minimize unforeseen costs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and estimates to senior management and clients, showcasing transparency and professionalism.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in estimating within the construction industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project estimations.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or Associate Estimating Professional (AEP) are highly desirable.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects is critical to align with our diverse portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software like Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations and financial assessments.
