About Your TeamYou’ll be joining a hands‑on, safety‑driven logistics team committed to executing complex lifting and transportation operations with precision. From tower cranes to mobile plant, we work together to move materials, equipment, and people—safely and efficiently across every project phase.
Your RoleAs Lifting Supervisor
, you will:
- Oversee and supervise all lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans and MSRAs
- Ensure all lifting accessories, appliances, and certifications are inspected, maintained, and compliant
- Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and DSTIs with the lifting team
- Liaise with the appointed person to plan and coordinate lifting activities
- Perform daily inspections of equipment before and after use
- Verify the competency and certifications of riggers, plant operators, and lifting teams
- Ensure lifting zones are properly signed and exclusion zones are maintained
- Address and report any safety concerns or operational changes immediately
- Monitor and maintain access routes in compliance with site logistics plans
- Provide feedback post‑lift for continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in construction logistics
- Certified Lift Supervisor (LEEA certification mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of lift plans, MSRAs, and lifting equipment
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and site logistics
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving mindset
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting processes
- Safety Leadership – Achieve zero incidents through proactive supervision
- Operational Excellence – Ensure timely, accurate, and safe execution of all lifting activities
- Team Performance – Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
