Construction Foreman

This is a full‑time on-site role for a Construction Foreman, located in Abu Dhabi. The Construction Foreman will oversee daily site operations, manage construction crews, and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and deadlines. Responsibilities include supervising team activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, operating or overseeing heavy equipment usage, and liaising with engineers and other professionals to ensure project efficiency and success.

• Proficiency in Finishing works and Civil Engineering principles
• Experience in Quality Control to maintain high standards and inspect work for adherence to specifications
• Ability to operate or supervise the effective and safe use of Heavy Equipment
• Strong Communication skills for coordination with teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Proven leadership ability, with experience managing construction crews effectively
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management or civil engineering is a plus
• Prior experience in a supervisory construction role, preferably within the UAE, is a must
