We are seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and day‑to‑day site execution at our Al Jurf (JCB) project. The role ensures works are delivered safely, on time, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth project delivery, especially across luxury villa and high‑rise developments.

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications and RFIs.
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, method statements, and standards.
• Assist with shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and technical submittals.
• Support planning activities and coordinate with procurement for timely materials.
• Oversee daily execution of civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site challenges.
• Conduct inspections, manage non‑conformities, and maintain quality records.
• Enforce HSE procedures and support safe work practices.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site logs.
• Support progress claims, variations, and documentation for clients/consultants.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of experience in building construction, ideally luxury villas and high‑rise projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and finishing standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Primavera is an advantage).
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
