Job Description
Study the client drawings for the Project Structural and Architectural Layout and details preparation of Bill of quantities for waterproofing works as per Project Specifications. Preparing of estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility including evaluate estimate of materials based on theoretical plans and quantity of deliverable based on site necessity study and review all the Project Contract from pre and post contract.
Taking all the actual measurements for all UAE projects of AMIM. Arranging joint measurements with the Quantity Surveyor from the Main Contractor. Bringing approval for site measurements from the Client Contractor. Follows up the Payment Certificate from the Contractor. Prepare monthly progress invoice along the highlighted drawing and approved MIR WIR. Prepares shop drawings, slope layout and all type required drawings.
Updating daily material report and progress report. Gather all delivery note to match with the actual quantity. Attends technical meeting on site if required. Prepare internal and external report letter, damages reports, prepare the Method Statement and Risk Assessment. Visit the site and check with AMIM Site Team for the work done at site to be able to prepare the highlighted drawing.
Conduct site inspection, visit construction sites regularly to control material usage, assess work progress and compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate records of WIR, MIR and non-conformance reports. Support in identifying and closing Site Observation Report and non-conformance issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions to all projects of AMIM. Proficient in AUTOCAD. Minimum 4 years' experience in UAE. Able to quantify and material estimate.
Perform work from pre to post contract. With UAE driving license. Preferably with waterproofing experience in UAE.
