Steel Fixer

We are looking for an experienced Steel Fixer to cut, bend, and fix steel reinforcement bars (rebar) and mesh used in concrete structures. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules, and structural works in construction and industrial projects. This full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

• Read and interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Cut, bend, and install steel reinforcement bars and mesh as per specifications.
• Assemble and fix rebar for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls.
• Ensure correct spacing, alignment, and placement of reinforcement.
• Tie rebar securely using wire, clips, or welding where required.
• Inspect reinforcement work before concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, supervisors, and carpenters on site.
• Operate cutting and bending machines safely.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations at all times.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Steel Fixer in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing and structural drawings.
• Ability to use cutting, bending, and fixing tools effectively.
• Good understanding of site safety and quality standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Experience in high‑rise buildings, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects is an advantage.
