PMC Lead Construction Engineer
Lead and manage all site construction activities on behalf of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for projects executed under Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Ensure construction is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all construction activities across multiple disciplines.
- Act as key interface between the EPC contractor, client, and other stakeholders to drive successful project delivery in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance.
- Lead and manage site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and ADNOC standards.
- Maintain strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage multiple contractors and interfaces in a high‑pressure environment.
- Utilise project management tools, construction planning and reporting systems to track progress and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience within the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a lead role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects.
- Strong experience in PMC roles overseeing large‑scale EPC projects.
- In‑depth knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities on complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and interfaces in a high‑pressure environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools, construction planning, and reporting systems.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
