This is a full time on site position.

The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site activities, managing labor teams, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules. The Civil Foreman acts as the link between site workers and site management to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Ensure all construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers regarding work priorities and progress.

• Lead and supervise skilled and unskilled workers.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and work briefings.
• Monitor worker productivity and attendance.
• Resolve site-related issues and provide guidance to workers.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Inspect work quality and workmanship regularly.
• Ensure works are completed according to approved standards and project requirements.
• Report defects and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist in site inspections conducted by consultants and clients.

• Enforce all safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
• Ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
• Participate in safety meetings and inspections.

• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Coordinate material requests with the Site Engineer.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Monitor equipment utilization and report maintenance needs.

• Maintain daily site activity reports.
• Report progress, delays, and manpower status to the Site Engineer.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and resource plans.

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or Construction (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
