Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation activities including clearing, grading, and excavation, ensuring adherence to project blueprints and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain various construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to efficiently complete earthmoving and material handling tasks.
- Install and secure formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precise alignment and stability to support pouring operations.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specified mix designs and curing procedures to achieve desired strength and surface quality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
- Prior ADNOC approval / WMS Certificate.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or specific equipment operation certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or a related field.
- Proven experience working on infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, or utilities.
