Projects Manager – Interior Fit Joinery; UAE

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract award to final handover
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans and construction schedules
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities
- Manage project budget, procurement, cash flow and cost control
- Monitor quality, HSE compliance and project progress
- Lead project meetings and prepare weekly, monthly reports
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, MIRs and WIRs
- Manage project risks, variations, extension of time (EOT) and contractual issues
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging and DLP close-out
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit‑Out & Joinery.
- Experience delivering projects valued above AED 10 Million.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production and installation.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, commercial offices, and luxury residential projects.
- Excellent leadership and client management skills.
- UAE Driving License.
- PMP Certification.
- Primavera P6 knowledge.
- Contract administration experience.
- Ability to manage multiple fast‑track projects.
