Civil​/Structural Supervisor - Walkin Chennai

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct all on-site civil and structural construction activities ensuring adherence to project blueprints and specifications.

Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all civil works, including formwork, rebar installation and concrete pouring.

Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for civil and structural crews, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil and structural supervision within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully supervising concrete, formwork, rebar, and structural steel erection.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications.

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
