Site Construction Director

Job Summary

Wood is looking for a Site Construction Director with extensive experience in managing complex construction projects within the oil and gas, energy sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard. The Site Construction Director will represent Wood on site and be responsible for organizing, managing and administering all site activities in accordance with the company’s operating policies and principles and relevant legislation and Client requirements.

• Manage construction cost and schedule.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large‑scale EPCm projects.
• Lead large teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Manage installation, commissioning and completion activities.

Extensive experience leading large teams and managing complex construction projects within the oil and gas, energy sector. Proven track record of delivering safe, predictable outcomes and achieving quality standards.
