Land surveyor

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements of land and structures, analyzing data and creating accurate maps and reports. You will also be required to work closely with engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure proper placement of structures and adherence to project plans.

• Bachelors degree in surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
• Strong understanding of land surveying principles, equipment and technology
• Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD and GIS
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in English
• The position is open to Pakistani nationals who are English-speaking

• Conduct precise measurements of land using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
• Analyze data collected from surveys using software programs to create accurate maps and reports
• Work closely with engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure proper placement of structures
• Prepare detailed drawings for project plans
• Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with project plans
• Identify any potential issues or discrepancies that may affect the project
• Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted
