** Job Overview:
** The Civil Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting civil and structural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and progress across construction activities.
** Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

* Education:
*** Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
*
* Experience:
*** Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience
* Experience on large-scale villa or building projects in the UAE is preferred
*
* Skills:
*** Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction practices
* Ability to review shop drawings and inspection requests (IRs)
* Familiarity with local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices
* Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
* Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations--
