We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands‑on construction experience with proven expertise in supervising site operations, leading workforce teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi and capable of effectively coordinating with workers on site.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and productivity to ensure project timelines are achieved.
• Enforce health, safety, and company regulations on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and resolve site‑related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily records of site activities, manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and safety of tools, equipment, and machinery.

• 5-6 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Currently based in the UAE is preferred.
