Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects across different locations
- Provide leadership and direction to project delivery teams
- Support business growth through operational excellence and project success
- Ensure projects are completed according to contractual requirements, specifications and schedules
- Monitor project progress, costs, productivity and resource allocation
- Resolve critical project issues and provide executive-level decision-making
- Review and approve project execution plans and methodologies
- 10–15+ years of construction industry experience, out of which a minimum of 5 years in the UAE in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience in managing large-scale building, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects
- Experience in ADDC / DEWA / SEWA substations and Industrial concrete buildings is a must
