Offshore Construction Manager

Manage and supervise all construction activities on site, ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE quality and construction standards, coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement and subcontractors, monitor project progress, manpower, equipment and productivity, lead site meetings and liaise with ADNOC representatives, resolve construction issues and ensure timely project delivery, prepare construction progress reports and support project close-out.

Lead and manage all offshore construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of ADNOC standards, PTW, SIMOPS, and offshore construction practices. Proficient in construction planning, HSE, quality, and multidisciplinary project execution.
