China Nuclear Industry 22nd Construction CO.,Ltd Dubai Branch (CNI
22) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveying Engineer to drive cost control across building, villa, residential or infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will prepare BOQs, analyze tenders, monitor budgets and manage variations through final accounts.
The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in construction, strong MS Office/Excel skills and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
